Vera and Donald Blinken Open Society Archives
The Vera and Donald Blinken Open Society Archives invited young composers to enter the music competition based on the exhibition, Some Kind of Opposition… by Axel Braun. The selected scores will be performed in the framework of the concert entitled, Some Music, Something Else. The concert will be the closing event of the exhibition.
Composers under 30 were invited to apply with scores that had previously not been performed. The selection was made by a professional, three-member jury (Miklós Csemiczky, Gyula Fekete, Gergely Madaras). The winning scores from the competition will be performed live during the concert by talented young musicians from the Academy of Music.
