On estimating divisor sums over quadratic polynomials

Abstract: "Motivated by their application in certain problems from
Diophantine number theory, we consider asymptotic formulae for average
divisor sums for both irreducible and reducible quadratic polynomials
and show explicit upper bounds in both cases. "
