Plotting with R and ggplot
PolBeRG and PERG are happy to announce that next week on Friday 5th of May, we will be organizing a workshop on data visualization using ggplot package in R instructed by Martin Molder. The event will take place in N13 307a, divided into two sessions from 10am to 2pm.
This workshop will introduce the basic ways to use ggplot (http://ggplot2.tidyverse.org/) to make plots and to export them in R. We will go through the overall logic of making plots with this package, the most common plot types and how to customize them and save them either in PDF or some other format.
Martin will prepare a script which we will use and which will be distributed in the beginning of the workshop. Basic knowledge of working with R is assumed. Please have RStudio and ggplot installed beforehand.
If you have some special topics that you would like to have covered you can email them to Martin Molder before Wednesday 3rd of May on firstname.lastname@example.org
