Ákos started his career in the financial sector , worked 8 years for K&H and CIB Bank in various roles. 12 years ago he changed to consultancy. He worked 7 years at BCG, 3 for Deloitte and is a Partner at EY now for more than a year.
Júlia Füredi, dr - Company owner - sparq
Julia worked as head of HR mostly in the financial industry (NN Insurance, MÉBIT (now AVIVA), Unicredit Bank) in the past 2o years. She also ran her own organisational development consultancy for a decade. After studying Digital transformation at CEU, she recently became a re-start-upper, founding a technology consultancy that develops software for organisational cultures.

As director and senior consultant at InterSearch Hungary she helps companies and organizations shape their future by finding executives with great leadership potential and across geographical and cultural borders.
Gergely Kovács- MBA'17 - Senior Venture Architect - Educate
After graduating at CEU MBA, Greg took a job at McKinsey New Ventures to help them build their internal startups. Later, he turned to freelance consultancy, mostly focusing on helping SMEs and startups to grow.
Currently he works for EIT, does private startup mentoring/coaching, facilitates Design Sprints, and also participates in large scale agile transformations at companies like OTP Bank.
