A curriculum vitae (CV) includes all of your academic accomplishments and is a requirement when looking to advance your career in academia. But how do you present yourself to non-academic audiences and convince them that your doctoral degree is what they are looking for?

During this session, you will learn:

Differences between an academic CV and a professional CV/resume
How to structure your professional CV/resume using elements from your academic CV
How to effectively present transferable skills and competences for non-academic audiences
How to tailor your professional CV/resume to specific vacancies and positions
