Yulia has held a range of positions in different teams at Mazars: from the leading support functions team to HR practice in Ukraine, and now coordinating the larger HR Team for the Central and Eastern Europe region (CEE), working closely with each of the 15 regional offices and the central HR Group team. Yulia ensures the sharing of best practices and oversees the HR CEE strategy implementation. She is a great example of how someone can grow within the company and a so-called “Baby Mazars” that fully transmits the firm's spirit, culture, and values.
