Yoga therapy is holistic and induces a sense of wellbeing. It is all about experiencing body movement, but also focuses on activating the parasympathetic nervous system through breathing techniques in order to be able to better cope with stress and anxiety. To sum up, in my yoga sessions you will learn to release physical stress and tension and improve your mobility as well as your mental health. It is for everyone.

Whether you are a biological or adoptive parent or you are co-parenting your partner's children, you might face challenges from time to time with the children in your family: questions arise around how to handle difficulties with eating, sleeping, screen time, transitions (bedtime, school, losses, arrival of a new family member or a pet), sibling rivalry, emotional outbursts - and you don't have to do all that by yourself. Hand in Hand Parenting is a trauma-informed approach that helps parents when parenting gets hard. Come and see how you can build emotional understanding towards the children in your family and yourself through simple tools that can be tailored to your hard parenting situations.

17:40-19:40 - Tea Tasting Workshop
Ground floor lounge
As a part of the Recharge Week, the CEU Tea Tasting Society will organize a special tasting session of vintage raw pu'erh teas (the teas that naturally age through fermentation). The aged pu’erh teas generally have a profound and robust taste with complex hints of dry fruit, honey or old camphor. They also have immense durability, sometimes withstanding up to 15 infusions. Drinking them will have soothing effects on your mind without any subsequent hangovers.
We will compare four pu’erh teas harvested between 2006-2009 from distinct mountains in the southwestern part of the Chinese Yunnan province.
If you would like to attend, register using the following form: https://forms.gle/TLGnfmqEkZi4h9Tz6
(Please note that the Tea Tasting Workshop is a student initiative. The data provided on the registration form will be managed by the CEU Tea Tasting Society only. All data provided on this registration form will be deleted by March 11, 2022.)
CEU Communications Office will produce a video out of "Recharge Week at CEU" events. Therefore, attendees consent to their filming and sound recording as participants of the events. By entering the events sites you agree to be filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
