
With 57 member states from across Europe, Central Asia, and North America, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is the world's largest regional security organization. The OSCE addresses issues that have an impact on common security, including arms control, terrorism, good governance, energy security, human trafficking, democratization, media freedom and national minorities.
CEU's Career Services Office is looking forward to host OSCE recruitment representatives Pavel Nalimov and Justyna Werner on campus for an info session and Q&A on March 15.

Pavel Nalimov has been working on acquiring talents for a wide range of portfolios and recruitment modalities at the OSCE since 2019. He is specialized particularly in Outreach activities, Internship Programme, and supporting talent acquisition for the OSCE Field Missions including high-level profiles. Pavel is passionate about discovering new cultures and travelling, together with roller blading and hiking in his free time.
Justyna Werner works in Talent Acquisition Section since 2016 identifying, sourcing, attracting and engaging best talent for OSCE. Part of her portfolio is together with Pavel coordinating OSCE's outreach activities and taking initiative to improve the employer branding and recruitment marketing. She am passionate about communication, photography videography and travel.
Guldastan Aidarbekova (INTR '21), after graduating from CEU in 2021 with a master’s degree in International Relations, joined the OSCE as an intern. She is involved in recruitment and outreach activities supporting the mandate of the Organization. Her previous experience includes internships at Freedom House and UN agencies. She loves travelling and skiing.
