Venue: the spectacular Europa Boat at Szilágyi Dezső tér (on the Buda side, 15 minutes walk from the campus or 5 minutes walk from the Batthyany square subway stop)
Program:
9.00 p.m.– Opening – Szilágyi Dezső tér (Buda side)
9.00 – 10.00 p.m. Disco with DJ Keetche
10.00 p.m.– midnight Cruise on the Danube (Please arrive before 9:45 p.m. otherwise the boat will leave without you.)
10.00 p.m. – Opening speech by Nilofer Khan (Student Union vice president)
10.15 p.m. – Keep Swinging dance performance
10.45 p.m. – 1.45 a.m. Coolminers Concert
Midnight – Docking at Vigadó tér (Guests coming from the Alumni Gala Dinner will embark)
1.45 – 4.00 a.m. Disco with DJ Keetche
4.00 a.m.- End of the Spring Ball – Vigadó tér (Pest side)
Dress code: cocktail - formal
Tickets for students will be available at the Cash Desk from April 4 for 2200 HUF - max. 2 tickets per person.
Limited number of tickets will be available for alumni, staff and faculty from the end of April.
