NGO Workshop on Harm Reduction and Decriminalization: Advocating for a Progressive EU Position on Drug Policy

Together with the Open Society Initiative for Europe, SPP will organize a workshop that will bring together about 25 European drug reformist organizations to facilitate the conceptualization of a progressive platform which they would advocate at the EU Civil Society Forum on Drugs. The establishment of an active progressive platform will be a new element in the European follow up to the Special Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGASS) in 2016.
