Photographer Abby Robinson is bringing Body Imaging to Budapest as part of the School of Public Policy's Annual Conference in early June 2016. The exhibition/installation/performance piece has already appeared in Shanghai, Las Vegas, Brooklyn, and New York. A photographer, artist, and professor at the School of Visual Arts in New York, Abby says that this exhibit is an entirely new venture for her – and for the people who participate in it as well.

This is the way it works: Abby has set up a photo practitioner office at CEU (Nador u. 11, room 002). She sees "patients" during office hours. (The office hours are posted on the door and listed below.) Patients who come to see her are asked to first take a seat in the waiting room and complete a questionnaire. They then enter Abby's office for a "consultation" during which they discuss which body part they would like to have photographed. Abby takes photographs and then consults with patients to select the image to print. Photos are printed in Abby's office, placed in VIP plastic badges, and given to patients/participants as mementos for their contribution.

From the photos she takes at CEU on June 1-7, Abby will create a picture of the CEU family. It will be installed at SPP in honor of Founding Dean Wolfgang Reinicke.

Here are Abby's office hours:
