DeStress Week 2016

The Office of Student Leadership & Service in collaboration with the Alumni Office, the Center for Arts and Culture, the CEU Library,
the Sustainability Committee, and the CEU Sports Center is organizing the DeStress Week between November 7 and 11.

The programs and events of the week are designed to help you relax, unwind and have fun before exams.

Some of the activities offered are: stress management workshops, yoga, massage, meditation, autogenic training, hypnosis workshop, 
a wine-tasting evening and other opportunities to acquire useful de-stressing skills for the future.
