WHAT DO THESE SERVICE CENTRES DO?
The establishment of global service centres has become common practice in the last two decades for international corporations and organizations. It basically means that an organization centralizes and consolidates different activities into one service-unit that supplies the other units (internal customers). Some international organizations who operate service centres in Hungary: UNHCR, FAO, UNICEF, IBM, ExxonMobil, etc. Global service centres are common career choices for CEU graduates as native/fluent language skills can be huge assets in these organizations.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
