Alex Torres is a Peruvian world music guitarist. With great virtuosity and versatility to perform and combine different musical styles such as Classical, Peruvian Folk and Flamenco, Alex has performed in world guitar festivals since the age of ten. He has learned from master guitar players such as Pepe Torres (his father, one of the top Peruvian guitarists), Antonio Sanchez (Paco de Lucia), Dominic Miller (Sting), Babos Gyula (Hungary), Richie Zellon, and shared stage with Tomatito, Jorge Morel, Oscar Cavero, Oscar Avilés, among others.
Alex continues his career in Budapest, where he studies and develops his solo project as well as plays in a band with talented young Hungarian musicians.
