CryptoParty

CryptoParty is a decentralized movement with events happening all over the world. The goal is to pass on knowledge about protecting yourself in the digital space. This can include encrypted communication, preventing being tracked while browsing the web, as well as general security advice. Two human rights activists from Berlin, with a combined CryptoParty experience of five years, will come to CEU to pass on their knowledge and train YOU, so that you can share it even further. CryptoParties are free and open to everyone, especially newcomers, beginners, and the curious. The only thing you need to bring along is your laptop and/or your smartphone.
