Folk eDéNy
(Nyé->Nyéky, De->Deák)

For the ancients, a vessel used to fulfill more functions. It wasn’t only used for cooking, baking, storing, but also for milking and preparing must, it accompanied generations’ lives.

Its colorfulness and final result lies in the quality of the vessel, the fantasy and personal taste of the one preparing the dish (basic ingredients, seasoning, atmosphere).

The tradition and “people’s” symbol is the vessel which is inherited throughout generations, just as folk music that gives spiritual food, basic life drive.

This is the “vessel” that we would like to fill with unique content.

Fruzsina Deák: voice, lute

Emese Nyéky: flute, kaval

Krisztián Kiss: lute

Bence Nagy: percussions (dance teaching)
