WHAT DO THESE SERVICE CENTRES DO?

The establishment of global service centers has been a common practice among international corporations and organizations over the last two decades. Organizations centralize and consolidate different activities into one service unit that supplies other units or “internal customers” within the organization. Some international organizations who operate service centers in Hungary: UNHCR, FAO, UNICEF, IBM etc.

Native/fluent language skills can be huge assets in these centers, where the environment is usually very international. They often hire individuals with limited professional experience and provide extensive training.
