Concert

PhoTones
Photography’s Encounter with Music
Have you ever felt like the photos almost “spoke”, as they were so musical? Do you often imagine pictures or even whole stories while listening to music? You are not a musician, nor a photographer and yet you instinctively feel that a picture and musical piece fit each other? Are you interested in how does a professional photographer relate to the pieces of a classical music concert? How is it when music meets photography at a concert?
At the next event of Classical Beats we can get to know Zoltán Vancsó photographer’s associations with music and image, while we are listening to Dominika Ács (flute) and the Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra’s musicians’ play. In between the pieces we are asking from Zoltán Vancsó and encourage the audience to let every dimension of her or his imagination float freely.

With the participation of: Dominika Ács (flute); Jenő Koppándi, Adél Miklós (violin); Levente Fülöp (viola); Judit Nagy Judit (cello)
Photographer: Zoltán Vancsó
