Careers in International Organizations
Friday, February 21, 2020, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IN BUDAPEST IS CLOSED NOW. YOU CAN STILL REGISTER TO ATTEND THIS EVENT IN VIENNA.

Are you interested in working in the fields of international co-operation and security, development and human rights?
Are you considering a career working for an international organization and wondering what it takes to get in?

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) will organize a Recruitment Boot Camp for CEU students and alumni on February 21, 2020. During this interactive 4-hour long workshop, you will learn how to prepare a competitive job or internship application, to understand the selection process, and to prepare for competency-based interviews with international organizations.

OSCE’s Chief of Recruitment, Gustavo Araujo, and his team will guide you through the process of preparing a strong application for OSCE and other international organizations. They will show you how to significantly increase your chances of getting a job or internship in this field by putting together a focused application and preparing properly for the interview.

The workshop will be simultaneously available and facilitated in both Budapest (Nador 15, Tiered 103) and Vienna (QS D-108). Please note that this unique event has a limited capacity of 30 students per campus location. We strongly encourage you to sign up at the earliest opportunity. We would appreciate advance notice if for any reason it turns out you are unable to attend the event as planned.

This event is part of Careers in International Organizations Week, organized by the Career Services Office in February 2020. We also invite you to register for the Careers in International Organizations Alumni Panel on Wednesday, February 19 (18:00 - 19:30), and the World Bank Employer Presentation on Thursday, February 20 (12:45 - 13:30).

If you seek an internship with an international organization, please check out the CEU-specific internship vacancies with UNIDO and UNICEF (details to be published soon in career>next).
