John Patterson, Regional Advisor for USAID's Office of US Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), will discuss OFDA's approach to Disaster Risk Reduction: how they develop their strategy, work with partners to identify activities, envision foreign assistance contributing to positive preparedness outcomes.
