Wineshoes: Encounters / Boros cipellők: Találkozások

“If you close your eyes, you still see it, if you close your ears, you still hear it. We are creating a space where the dance is hearable and the music visible and they are growing with the same energy.
Our style: improvisation, jazz, contemporary, folk.
This evening you can see and hear 8 different songs about how people meet, what happens in life when someone meets someone else, when encounter happens.
Our dance concert is for everyone, for those who find it hard to express their feelings with words, for those who would like to relax to the calming fusion of music and dance.
After our performance you can try it out yourself: you can learn selected contemporary and contact dance techniques and we will try different ways to connect through dance and music together.”

The performance lasts 50 minutes and is followed by a 50 min workshop.

The group:
Dancers: Bianka Bukovics, Attila Pekár, Máté Pálinkás, Tímea Lang, Borbála Székely
Musicians: Péter Cseh (guitar), Márk Miskolczi (double bass)
Coreographer, dancer, musician: Réka Horváth

Sponsors: The Műhely Foundation and SÍN Cultural Center
