ABSTRACT / This talk presents the early observations of experimental social bots. The study aimed to map the possibilities of interactions between humans and bots and review the processes and dynamics that give these interactions their shape and growth. This study's philosophy is to take a proactive role in examining the potential of social bots in online social media platforms and to what extent the loosely connected group of bots can provide insight to this ecosystem, rather than a single-bot behavioral study. The bots were able to like, retweet, and reply to each other, in addition to their ability to interact with other humans. In conclusion, this study will show the attention gain of each pair of bots on Twitter.
