Briefly about the course and workshop:
The course of Global Law and Religion at the CEU aims to study the interaction of Law and Religion in different societies at the global level in their constitutional frameworks but also in the interaction with international human rights law. The course would like to encourage further reflections and discussion on the issue among students of the course, academics and representatives of NGOs. Hence, we are organising a one-day workshop that will analyse the role of FoRB in relation to gender equality in different societies around the world.
