Lajos Török | Equilor Investment

Lajos Török is Head of Equity Research and Strategy at Equilor Investment, the oldest independent brokerage firm in Hungary. As a researcher he is constantly looking for investment opportunities and helping clients to find the best financial solutions to their situations. He will talk about how the practice of investment research is different than it is in academia, and what skills are necessary in order to succeed. He will also address how a Hungarian brokerage firm works, discuss how the firm's different divisions create value, and what the future of the brokerage industry looks like.

Lajos is an experienced equity researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. He has a proven track record in problem solving, leadership and mentoring. He has a BA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and a CFA Charter achieved in 18 months. He is passionate about investment opportunities, big data, and American football.
