Péter Karli and Gábor Szentirmai | Heal Partners
Péter Karli has 25 years experience in advising corporates, entrepreneurs as well as investors in Central Europe. He has a strong background in transaction advisory, valuation and financial modelling with strong focus on the telecom, media, technology and logistic sectors. He has lead and managed 70+ financial advisory engagements across Central Europe. Main clients included Magyar Telekom, Telecom Croatia, Telenor, Abertis Telecom, TdF, Pannon GSM, National Communication Authority, Sanoma, KFKI, E.ON, Petrol, HT Mostar, ING Bank, Wallis, 3i, Ringier, Ardian, Rutland Partners.
Gábor Szentirmai has over seven years experience in M&A advisory. He joined Heal Partners in 2013 where he currently works as Senior Manager. He had previously spent six months working for Silverpeak, a London-based technology investment bank. He has worked on numerous M&A transactions, on both sell-side and buy-side engagements, business planning and company valuation projects.
Heal Partners is an independent financial advisory firm operating in Central and Eastern Europe. The company’s main focus is corporate transaction services (disposal, capital raising, acquisition advisory, external financing), financial due diligence, business valuation and financial modeling.
