In Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Mazars can rely on the expertise of over 1,800 professionals operating from offices in 15 countries and territories. CEU's Career Services Office will host an info session with a short presentation and Q&A with four experienced HR specialists from four different Mazars’ offices in the CEE region.

Speakers:
Yulia Zaprudska started her career with Mazars about 12 years ago in Ukraine. Being a fresh graduate, she never thought to stay for such a long period with one company. Yulia has held a range of positions in different teams at Mazars: from the leading support functions team to HR practice in Ukraine, and now coordinating the larger HR Team for the Central and Eastern Europe region (CEE), working closely with each of the 15 regional offices and the central HR Group team. Yulia ensures the sharing of best practices and oversees the HR CEE strategy implementation. She is a great example of how someone can grow within the company and a so-called “Baby Mazars” that fully transmits the firm's spirit, culture, and values.
Alexandra Vasková is specialized in recruitment, training & development, on-boarding & off-boarding process of employees. She gained her experience while working at headhunting agencies and throughout her master’s degree in school, work & organizational psychology. As an international volunteer, Alexandra has taught moral studies in Nepal. Also, she volunteered as an online psychologic counselor for young adults who got into difficult life situations.
Susan Tiller joined Mazars as Human Resources Manager in 2021. She completed her BA in Business Administration at the NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences and currently studies Human Resources & Organization at the University of Koblenz. Before joining Mazars, she worked as HR Expert at Hilton Worldwide, PWC and LeitnerLeitner.
Anja Gentzsch works as Talent Acquisition Manager at Mazars in Germany. She earned a BA in Business Administration and MSc in HR Management at Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management in Berlin. Anja joined Mazars in 2012 as a generalist for HR topics. In recent years she has been working in the fields of recruiting and talent management. She has been closely involved in Mazars' growth in Germany and is passionate about inspiring the right people to apply and work for Mazars.
