Prof. Markus Böckenförde will present his forthcoming chapter "Constitutional Review in Africa”.
The Chapter will be published in the volume Comparative Constitutional Law in Africa edited by Adem Abebe, Rosalind Dixon, and Tom Ginsburg. Next to providing a general overview, Prof. Böckenförde will focus in his presentation on decisions of African courts related to the ‘unconstitutional constitutional amendment’ concept.
