Leading a cultural heritage organization or a project is a challenging endeavor. How to organize a team which can embrace uncertainty, boost innovation, and makes a lasting social and cultural impact? How do flagship art or heritage organizations distribute managerial and leadership tasks? What is the role of art curators in defining the vision of cultural heritage organizations or projects? How should education programs prepare future leaders in cultural heritage? How can students acquiring degrees in art management or cultural heritage studies develop themselves as leaders in the field?

Join us for a conversation with Dr. Andrea Rurale, Director of the Master in Arts Management and Administration (MAMA) of the SDA Bocconi School of Management, to talk about the art of managing the arts.

This online conversation will consist of a 15-minute presentation by Dr. Andrea Rurale, followed by a 60-minute Q&A session facilitated by Nelly Dzhamanbaeva, CEU MA student. After that, the participants are invited to join a 20-minutes open discussion.
