Speakers:
Evy M. Nyairo is a People Operations professional passionate about building systems and processes and leveraging data to create agile work environments that enable people to reach their highest potential. As part of the Global Operations team at IDinsight, she supports recruitment initiatives, growth, systems, and people operations. Prior to working for IDinsight, Evy served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at The African Leadership Group (ALX & The Room) where she was in charge of facilitating great quality hiring at scale, driving seamless hiring processes, building & managing data structures that inform people decisions and rethinking procedures and methodology. She has also worked as a generalist overseeing the administrative functions of the HR department in various organizations. Evy holds a bachelors degree from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing an M.Sc in Business Psychology from the University of East London (UK) and an MBA from One-League
Fọlárìn Adegbémlè is an Operations Senior Associate with the Research Evaluation and Data (RED) Team at IDinsight, which comprises of IDinsight's Technical Team of researchers and its innovative Data Science Engineering and Monitoring systems team, based in Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to IDinsight, Fọlárìn worked in a variety of data-centric roles in EdTech and Higher Education at ALX & The African Leadership University (ALU) in Kenya, Nigeria, and Mauritius. Fọlárìn holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Technology from the United States International University-Africa (USIU-A) and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Chandaria School of Business, (USIU-A). He enjoys talking and writing about Education on the African continent and is the co-founder of EDfricast, a podcast on the Higher Education and EdTech landscape of the African continent.
