The MSc in Finance Advisory Committee is a working group of senior company executives offering professional guidance. It meets regularly to (i) advise on the curriculum to ensure professionally relevant training, (ii) contribute courses, case studies, simulations and site visits, (iii) assist with internships, consulting projects and career placements, and (iv) set professional standards and contribute to the program’s credibility and reputation. Companies represented include BlackRock, Boston Consulting Group, Citi, GE, Jefferies, JP Morgan, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and MSCI.
In the program you learn to:

demonstrate advanced theoretical and practical skills in all key finance areas including corporate financial management, financial assets and investments, portfolio management, financial intermediation and financial markets

Almost 25 years after the birth of the commercial internet, and as we are in the middle of the data and AI revolution, cracks in the digital world appear increasingly visible. Online trust & safety or responsible AI, and generally “good tech” (in addition to “tech for good”), are increasingly becoming central in the discussions across all communities, from regulators, to executives, and to civil society (namely, including “the customers” among others).
In this talk the professor will focus on how organizations need to and can rethink about their digital and AI strategies in order not only to maximize their productivity and (immediate) business value but to also minimize new business as well as societal risks the development and deployment of digital technologies can create.
