Visionary Analytics (VA) is an international research-based advisory company providing applied research, evaluation, and other consultancy services for the European Union institutions, international organisations, and national governments. Originally established as an institute specialising in innovation and education policy, over the years Visionary Analytics (VA) has expanded its areas of expertise to other critical policy domains such as digitalisation, labour market and social policies, green transition, and future-fit policies.

Speakers:
Marta Subataitė, Office and HR Manager at VA, is responsible for personnel coordination and implementation of VA HR strategy through talent acquisition, HR administration, and training. She is also in charge of VA team event management and organisation, along with nurturing the company’s culture and mentorship system. Marta also provides the team with general office management and day-to-day support on a range of business projects and initiatives.
Matea Korda (NATI'23) joined Visionary Analytics in 2022. As Affiliated Junior Researcher, Matea assists researchers in conducting analysis, from undertaking extensive data collection to developing final outputs such as analytical reports and policy recommendations. Her portfolio includes working with clients including the European Commission (DG RTD).
