Join us for a discussion with Sonja Rauschütz, Founder and Managing Partner of the Vienna School of Negotiation. 

All of us negotiate many times a day. So, let’s take a closer look at the essential skills and tools necessary to thrive in negotiations. Sonja Rauschütz will share her experience and insights on the art of negotiation in international relations, political conflicts and businesses matters. We expect an inspirational exchange.

Sonja Rauschütz - Founder and Managing Partner of the Vienna School of Negotiation serves as advisor, negotiation facilitator and profiler, executive coach and management trainer in the USA, Europe and the Middle East for over 30 years. She is an international boundary spanner facilitating emotionally challenging, long lasting conflict situations with special expertise on negotiator agility. 

From 1999 - 2002 Sonja Rauschütz served as faculty at Program On Negotiation, Harvard Law School, teaches at Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, et al.

Vienna School conducts capacity building programs with UNIDO, CTBTO, IMO or the World Bank. Sonja Rauschütz initiated programs such as the Israeli Palestinian Negotiating Partners in 2000, the Balkan Negotiating Partners in 2004 or the Young Negotiator Initiative in 2015;
