With 57 member states from across Europe, Central Asia, and North America, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is the world's largest regional security organization. The OSCE addresses issues that have an impact on common security, including arms control, terrorism, good governance, energy security, human trafficking, democratization, media freedom and national minorities.

CEU's Career Services Office is looking forward to hosting OSCE recruitment representatives on campus for an info session and Q&A on February 28.

During this session you will learn more about: 

  • The work of the OSCE and the prominent areas of expertise
  • Types of early-career positions OSCE is hiring for (Internships, Consultancy opportunities, Junior Professional Officer (JPO) programme, Contracted and Seconded positions and more),
  • Tips for preparing a quality application
  • Vacancies at OSCE are open for competition only amongst nationals of its 57 participating States.

Speakers:

Pavel Nalimov works as a Talent Acquisition Assistant in the Department for Human Resources (Talent Acquisition Unit) of the OSCE Secretariat. He has been working on acquiring talents for a wide range of portfolios and recruitment modalities at the OSCE since 2019. He is specialized particularly  in Outreach activities, Internship Programme, and supporting talent acquisition for the OSCE Field Missions including high-level profiles. 

Ekaterina Korneva is a Talent Acquisition Intern in the Department for Human Resources (Talent Acquisition Unit) of the OSCE Secretariat. She graduated from the University of Basel in 2022 with a Masters in European Global Studies.

This event will be held on campus in Vienna. Please register in advance. You will have an opportunity to indicate if you are not able to attend in person so that we can send you details for joining remotely.
