The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is the largest humanitarian network in the world. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an independent, neutral organization ensuring humanitarian protection and assistance for victims of war and armed violence. It takes action in response to emergencies and promotes respect for international humanitarian law and its implementation in national law.

Speakers:
Jamila Akhundova is a Geneva-based Talent Attraction Officer at the ICRC, focusing on engaging and attracting talent from Eurasia. She has experience working in Vienna- and Geneva-based international organisations, with a primary focus on partnership building, outreach and digital communications, and research. Together with her team, she works on attracting the best talent to join the ICRC, using a mix of data-driven approaches, such as Direct Sourcing, Talent Engagement, Market Intelligence, Employer Branding, and Outreach.
The roles presented during this event will include opportunities for graduate students, in particular for those studying in Political Sciences, International Relations or a related field.
