This roundtable discussion is the second part of a series focusing on trends in university IT. The first part is here.
In the short time since its launch (November 2022) by OpenAI, ChatGPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) has become one of the most discussed IT topics in universities, due to its impact on crucial issues related to academic integrity and intellectual property. In this conversation, colleagues from OSUN institutions will explain the main features of this chatbot technology and will reflect on how it is impacting university processes and values. The public will have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion and address questions to the panelists.
The roundtable discussion is suitable for all university staff (academic and administrative) interested in how technology impacts and transforms our work.
