Mindj Panther is a Vienna-based rap band associated with the performance group Roma Armee Fraktion. Its music raises awareness about, and protest against, anti-Roma racist practices in Europe and is performed in a mix of languages including Romani, German, Serbian and English.
Band members Sandra Selimović and Simonida Selimović are established theatre actors and directors also based in Vienna. They have our own theater and art association in Vienna called Romano Svato (www.romanosvato.at). They are also the creators of the renowned Berlin theatre production Roma Armee and collaborate on occasion with the Roma feminist group Romaniphen.
