MINDFULNESS MEDITATION GROUP SESSIONS FOR STUDENTS, STAFF AND FACULTY IN ENGLISH OR HUNGARIAN

time: EVERY FRIDAY from 12:35pm to 1:05pm (until December 15)

venue: NADOR 9, ROOM 201 (Hanak-room)

host: Laszlo Biro, mindfulness teacher

participants: max. 20 people (first come first serve)

 

No registration, no experience, no preparation, no commitment, no mobile needed.

You may come as often as you want and can.
