About the Trainer

Bence Tordai lives in Budapest, Hungary and leads the Mozaik Jewish Community Hub there – a home for local grassroots organizations and an incubator for social entrepreneurs. His main role is to assist nonprofit organizations and new initiatives in their strategic planning processes, as well as guide NGO professionals and leaders in their professional development journeys. His specialties include strategy, resource development, project management, and working with volunteers. Since the launch of the Mozaik Hub in 2015, he has assisted more than 30 organizations and informal groups in their strategic planning and capacity-building endeavors. Bence holds an MA in Literature from ELTE University and is an alum of various nonprofit management and community-building courses in Europe and the US. When not wearing his professional hat, Bence is a hiker and nature enthusiast.
