Are you eager to learn how to effectively manage stakeholders in community projects and initiatives? Do you want to enhance your skills in engaging diverse groups and maximizing impact in your community endeavors? This day-long workshop provides an introduction to the core concepts of social innovation and stakeholder management, as well as an opportunity to gain practical skills for implementing these ideas in the real world.

We will explore how to identify opportunities for transformative justice and how to engage stakeholders effectively to maximise impact. Through hands-on activities and discussions, you will develop an understanding of the different approaches and techniques used to create successful social initiatives.

You will have the chance to interact with an expert in the field who has practical experience and inside knowledge to share. This will be an excellent opportunity to gain an insight into the practical aspects of transformative justice and get a glimpse on how to build an alliance for your vision. At the end of the day, you will have the tools and knowledge needed to make a real difference to the world.

The workshop is free. However, to ensure we have a small group that works intensively, participants are requested to submit their application through this form.
