CEU's Career Services Office will host an info session with a short presentation and a Q&A with IOM's Talent Management Lead Anke Strauss, working in the IOM's headquarters in Geneva.
During this session you will learn more about:
- Positions for early-career professionals at IOM
- How to build a career at the IOM
- How to prepare your application for a position at IOM
Speaker:
Anke Strauss is IOM's Head of Talent Management. She joined the organization in 2001 and is passionate about talent management, succession planning, mobility, and reinforcing the competencies of staff. As a result of her field experience, where finding dedicated and skilled staff was always an issue, she wanted to make her knowledge and experience available to IOM's HR and Talent Management Division.
